Step One: Set Up
To get set up all we need from you is access to your private Patent Center account and your USPTO portal downloads.
Step Two: Populate Dates
Once we have access to your Patent Center portal, we will begin populating your new dual back up docket with due dates for USPTO correspondence including critical deadlines like provisional conversion dates, Paris Convention dates, and PCT deadlines. If you desire, we can customize the safety deadlines to accommodate any preferences.
Step 3: Generate Reports
Your organization is provided log-in credentials to an industry-leading online docketing system which can be configured to generate docketing reports per your preferences. You cross-off items pursuant to your own preferences.
