Founded in 2009, Black Hills AI spent years building deterministic automation engines for patent and trademark prosecution — when everyone else was still doing it by hand. Our docketing engine, our document pipelines, our IP data infrastructure: all built from first principles by IP attorneys who understand what it costs to get it wrong.
